Return and Refund Policy – Tuneec Gadgets

If you place an order with a partial payment and the order is returned, the partial payment will not be refunded, as it is considered a shipping charge.

We want our customers to have the best shopping experience.

Return Window:
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• It must be in original packaging
• All accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse or physical damage will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
